The 401k match was only 1 percent, the medical benefits are wanting and but the bonus potential is outstanding, so long as you have a position that qualifies for a bonus
Good PTO otherwise the benefits are pretty shoddy. Miniscule 401k match and the deductible on the health insurance is so high, whats the point?
Low match on 401K, no match for HSA, Decent vacation and they are flexible. Insurance is OK.
Standard benefits plan; two plans for medical offered. Wellness program that allows you to earn credit off your monthly premiums (which is great!). Wish they offered paid maternity leave/greater contribution to 401(k).
-Pretty standard. Health insurance, 401K, etc. Definitely no extra perks, no incentives or cool work related programs.
best thing is they have a well rounded benefits package. Worst thing is the 401K match is low and the benefits are expensive.
