Best thing is that vacation and time off is performance based and is essentially unlimited!! Also, paternity is 6 weeks and maternity is 12. The worst thing is the FSA - the use it or lose it is not the best.

Good health insurance, decent pay, great referral program. No clear advantage for new hires with advanced degrees and/or licenses. The firm will pay you bonuses for those items after the fact, but offer no salary adjustments for those items as a newcomer.
DHG has a profit sharing program instead of a match. Their new flex dress policy means I spend less at the dry cleaners and I am more comfortable in the office. The new Energy for Life program allows you to focus on yourself so you can balance your life outside of work.
