    Day one, you have a full 160 hours of vacation to use. I didn't have to worry about the trips I had planned later in the year not being covered. They also have great benefits to help you obtain your CPA license.

    4 weeks of vacation and sick days are rolled into that. They promise a work-life balance and occasional remote work, but in reality they overwork their employees with stupid accounting/data integration/back-office and face time is highly valued even when the job could actually be easily done remotely

    The company provides health insurance, profit sharing, unlimited PTO, and life insurance benefits. Additionally, DHG has health benefits such as a percentage reimbursement on gym membership based on how often you visit the gym.

    The company recently did away with their retention bonus program which could have resulted in $36,000 over several years for new hires remaining with the company. They promised it to us new hires upon job acceptance and then took it away before we were eligible. Hard to trust a company that promises certain incentives upon hiring then takes them away once you've accepted. Suggestion to management is that you should consider reinstating the program to those who were promised it, otherwise many associates may leave for other firms with better bonuses and offers.
