The benefits were the best part of working here. They supported a healthy work life balance. We had a benefits website that had an array of programs to aide employees. Our station was full of relos that had been with the company for years. We had town hall discussions on benefits quarterly.
There is no benefits package for interns, it is simply a base pay. But other benefits include incredible work experience and face time with Senior Management.
Being a temporary employee, I wasn't certain what all of the benefits were. It was never explained to me since I was only a temp and was definitely treated that way.
Great 401k (even for part-time employees); great healthcare options
Covers all facets of family.
The benefits package is good.
I did no have any benefits as an Intern
They provide 5 personal days, good healthcare provider and 401K, some positions as mine, also pay Bonus.
I found the benefits package to be average, if not slightly above average for employees. Health Insurance included all aspects you would expect to find and allowed for both individual and family plans. Retirement 401k was pretty standard. Vacation and other leave was also standard.
Best: availability to work from home for management level employees Worst: not even able to apply for internal posting without approval from immediate supervisor
