The worst ything about the benefits is that you have to wait 90 days before they kick in. To me that's not a god thing if you become ill on the job
Benefits are affordable and great. Management can use ethical standards training.
The Managers help you a lot
It is a very standard package. 401, dental, vision, health. Vacation is 2 weeks after a year and goes up as you work there longer. Pretty much what you would expect from a company.
BC/BS PPO, matched 401k, plenty of overtime, vacation time, floating holidays, friend referral bonus, general purpose days, safety bonuses, retention bonus, attendance bonus.
There a lot of benefits at dhl but the Hr doesn't spend enough time to explain everything. I was very excited that's why got a reimbursement profit for my school
Awesome United Healthcare options - can choose from three benefit packages roughly $50-90 dollars a month. Can opt in to vision and/or dental. Follows generic holiday schedule but gives floating holidays so you can choose which holidays to take off (or take random vacation days). Overall, I'd say generous.
Great benefits: good health insurance, good life insurance, good 401K matching.
great medical dental and good 401k
It was decent considering the pay was not that great.
