they take your 401K money out of your paycheck which makes it easy to save, they do not match too much of you money

    401K offers a good match.

Pretty standard. Nothing crazy good or crazy bad, just pretty standard.

Could have had a better percentage on matching percentage

Not worth your time. Just keep the cash and invest on your own. Not that you can afford to on those wages.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Software Engineer in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Dual worst things: no match in the first 12 months and a five year vesting period

It's pretty standard. The match is not great.

50% matching up to 6% of salary

  • Feb 16, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Current Hardlines Manager in Rochester, New York State

Nice 401k match 50% match is great! just waiting for them to take it away though.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Lodge Sales Manager in Madison, Wisconsin

Hosted through Vanguard; takes 5 years to be fully vested (you keep 20% per year of their matched contribution). Unless you start as an hourly associate and are promoted, the average managerial type does not last that long in the retail world - too much scrutiny from on high to "get things done, regardless of the circumstances".
