Long video oriented training process. Some of which is redundant or useless to your specific job. But it prepares you to be more flexible for the store in times they are short handed or are under payroll constraints from their district.

Offer alot of on the job training to get you ready for real customers. There are a number of videos you watch as well as online training you have to complete throughout your employment.

Throw you on the floor after watching a few tapes. You may get a few hours one-on-one training, but you will be placed into the"fire" very quickly. Sometimes you may be the only person in your department with only a weeks training.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Cashier in Plymouth, Massachusetts

Involved videos as well as on the job training by shadowing someone in your department for the first day

StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Columbus, Georgia

It was terrible. It was like we were just handed over to the other associates who didn't know they were having to train anyone while they are dealing with customers. It was no investment in training.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Hunt Valley, Maryland

Company has a lot of training programs including computer and hands on training. Computer training is useless because you learn the answers after you submit a test and can retake the same exact test.
