    They are very flexible with each individuals availability. If you need time off the will do their best to help you with that.

    Very flexible because i'm an athlete as well and anytime my tournaments were reschedule last minute they were understanding

    Management was fairly flexible but always a bit rude. I suppose they have to be, because they were in fact running a business. If you wanted to request time off for a day or afternoon, it would have to be done a few weeks in advance. Of course the issue here is that you don't always know that far in advance if you'll need to request off. Many times you would have to rely on your coworkers to cover for you.
