Good health insurance. Corporate office offers an onsite gym membership that is very affordable. 401k is average.
Solid benefits package, no complaints.
This place has a great culture.
They have a really good benefits plus a gym at the office.
I do not recall ever receiving benefits at DSG due to my part time employment status
There are many ways to get benefits
On-site gym (comes out of paycheck), great health insurance, sub-par vacation that is terribly difficult to use because everyone is too overworked, only 3 personal days, contradictory WFH policy (company-wide says NO but some departments are allowed?), "one-simple thing" to accommodate work/life balance - but not every team/department supports or enforces - some teams really take advantage of it. Barely any holidays - which is tough for working parents and getting home for holidays. 3:00 Fridays in the summer are fabulous - everyone wishes they are all year round - and some teams have started to do this on their own. Compared to what other companies are offering out there, DICK'S falls short for how much they expect out of their employees. 401k match is not offered now because of Covid-19 and job training is "unsure" because it is basically learn as you go.
Upper management doesn’t seem to care about regular employees
The benefits package at dicks sporting goods is nonexistent. Especially for part time employees and/or college students
I was part-time so benefits were not available to me.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
