Best: great health care, 401k, two weeks vacations Cons: no stock options, no sick days.
Health care is pretty good, vacation is OK, but there is no excuse for a 5 year 401k vesting period and no match whatsoever in the first 12 months.
Insurance offered, employee discount, and vacation time.
What benefits... PTO is a joke, the technically offer insurance, but it will take your whole paycheck in out of pocket to make it worth a damn. Work/Life Balance? There's a whole lot of work (unpaid, after hours just to catch up so you don't get dinged on your performance review) and not a whole lot outside of work. 401k is available, but once again, is a joke.
There is no stock options, PTO, health insurance, or other perks for sales associates. But you can request time off and the store manager will likely approve it with just cause.
I was a part time employee so there was no best or worst thing when it related to benefits for my position.
Great benefits. I pay 30 bucks a month for health, dental, and vision. Not the family plan just for me. 401 k is great too. company match up to 5% after you become vested.
There was not much vacation time given, and they were very tight with hours given out, and did not like to pay over time for the full time employees.
Some of the benefits (medical, dental, etc.) are only offered for full-time employees. Most other benefits are for everyone.
Few benefits for seasonal worker
