They have great benefits for ft. For pt they only offer very little. They also help with college savings
You get 25% off merchandise
Do not receive any benefits when you are only a part-time employee. However, everyone gets an awesome employee discount of twenty-five percent off.
The company takes a very long time to convert from pt/ft. My 401k was able to be transferred that was one great thing.
Sometimes half off depending on time of year and current position
In store discount was the best benfot
Best: great health care, 401k, two weeks vacations Cons: no stock options, no sick days.
Not many benefits for part-time employees, but they do offer heath care packages and also offers to be more knowledgeable in products to receive discounts for that brand.
Health insurance isn't the best. If you're a manager or higher, vacation time stacks up fast. Currently limiting you to 40 hours vacation max by end of year otherwise you lose anything over that amount if you don't use it. Employee discount is not the greatest. Customers receive sale prices that are just as good as employee discount if not better.
What benefits... PTO is a joke, the technically offer insurance, but it will take your whole paycheck in out of pocket to make it worth a damn. Work/Life Balance? There's a whole lot of work (unpaid, after hours just to catch up so you don't get dinged on your performance review) and not a whole lot outside of work. 401k is available, but once again, is a joke.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
