I was only a minimum wage employee so I did not receive any benefits which is understandable in a job like this.
Part Time associates weren't offered many benefits. All the good benefits went to the full time workers. The employee discount was 25% and that was great.
No benefits at all for part timers
Basic benefits package available for those who need it. It is a bit pricey, but helpful if you're in a jam.
Was a part time employee so not much is known about the benefits, however most employees are part time so qualifying for benefits is rare. We did however receive a very sizable store discount on most things. The discount could be used at any dick's sporting goods and affiliated locations.
There are no benefits for part time employees. You are able to request days off, it will only be accepted if you request off about a month in advanced. You do get a 25% discount as an employee.
Part-time employee are very limited in the amount of benefits they receive. It is difficult to become full time because the company tries to have an 80-20 full-time to part-time ratio.
PTO accrual is decent after two years full time, medical is good for employee but not family.
No benefits for part time
Nothing nothing nothing it really sucked and the managers don’t care about you or how you can help it become a better environment
