Well you earned good vacation if on salary even during the first year, it is a fight to even get two days off a week so want to take your vacation is almost impossible, don't even think you will be able to take advantage of your personal holidays.
Worst part is takes a year just for one week paid off
they wouldnt let managers use our vacation and we worked 80+ work weeks..they never made up for time you lost.
Its a joke you get the days but you are encouraged not to take vacation days. Personal days are never encouraged and you will be looked upon poorly for using them.

Truly dependent upon your store manager to approve time off requests. I had heard of both good and bad experiences. At 4 years, you can start buying an extra week of vacation; at 5 years you earn your 3rd week of vacation. No carry-over from year-to-year, unless it is the purchased vacation, and that can only be carried over for a maximum of 1 year.
