Lots of PTO but you accrue it over time, it's not pre-loaded

Average. 3 weeks PTO regardless of the years of experience you have. Old DISH stable boys get a week longer but you have to be with the co for 15 years. Which in 2019, is unlikely to happen.

decent plan. No use it or lose it policy anymore. can roll over time to the next year.

I think the time off policy was fair. you accrue as you go along and they let you borrow time

15 days off is ok. However, with the core hours policy (9am-4pm) and no work from home, these days go quickly.

Start at 3 weeks/year PTO. Additional week starting at 5th anniversary.

They gave you advanced time off when you didnt have any time off hours

StarStarStarStarStar Former Team Lead in Bluefield, West Virginia

One of the best I have seen for a large company. After just teo short years you are offered 3 weeks of PTO time.
