Terrific benefits are offered at DOWL. The 401k contribution includes a direct contribution based on salary, profit sharing and matches employees contributions at 20%!
Great benefits. Insurance costs on the rise but DOWL works hard to keep them to a minimum.
best- 401k match worst- vacation time non-existent
The company cover a employees nearly 100%, but if you want to insure a spouse or child it gets very expensive
The benefits at DOWL are great! The 401K package is very generous as the company contributes a large percentage. The administrative leave for salaried employees is wonderful. If you are going to be working overtime, at least you get to earn vacation time to make up for it. Many companies will not give you anything for working over forty hours a week, at DOWL you earn more hours outside of the office. I know some people that have worked for a company for ten years before earning enough vacation time to go on a trip to Europe. If you work hard, you can play hard too. DOWL values your time, and knows that you work hard during the week, so when it is time to take vacation, they tell you to enjoy! The health benefits are fairly standard, however DOWL contributes some into an HSA account, and will pay the full premium for full time employees, which is a definite bonus!
The administrative leave program for exempt (salaried) employees and the health savings account contributions are amazing. The health insurance is average.
They match 20% of whatever you put into your retirement.
