Health benefits are top notch!
Great benefits package! While there is a high deductible option (and it is high at $2500) DOWL pays $2400 annually into the HSA to offset the deductible, so it works out well!
Overall, decent benefits package with automatic employer contribution to Health Savings account. Access to a pretty good work out room.
Start at 3 weeks paid vacation.
Great benefits overall, especially the retirement plan match.
Best: Paid-for health insurance. contributions to HSA make the high deductible affordable. Worst: Minimal paid holidays
DOWL has a competitive benefits package that is comparable to most companies.
Great benefits, with the exception of vacation! Employee health insurance premiums covered 100%, and great 401k.
Great benefits. Insurance costs on the rise but DOWL works hard to keep them to a minimum.
best- 401k match worst- vacation time non-existent
DOWL response
DOWL measures the time you are at work, not the time that you are away from work. The references to the "Admin Leave" policy is pointing out that we set goals for the year for each individual and within certain parameters we allow them to self-regulate their schedule as professionals. So, I guess that it is true that vacation time is non-existent for exempt employees. It is also infinite. We just don't measure or keep track of it.
