Just dropped 401k matching levels and changed vacation accrual benefits to save money. Benefits are lagging local competition. Do have 9/80.

Benefits package is being slowly cut back a lot. Used to have many options and certain plans had no deductibles. Now there are two choices, and over the coming years there most likely will be one choice. Single coverage is awesome but family coverage is very expensive. 401K matching contributions going down. PTO per accumulation is below standards of the other competitive companies by a lot. Current deductible better than other companies. Exempt employees have flexibility with schedule depending on manager.
Still provides a generous PPO plan with relatively low deductibles.
