The best benefit is the 9/80 work schedule and flex scheduling coming soon. The 401k match is also very generous. No bad comes to mind with the benefits. Also recently added 1 week of Paternity leave which is nice.
DRS matches a certain percentage of your 401K contribution but their professional development plan could use some work. You have to be self driven and be on top of your manager in my experience to come up with a professional development plan.
Excellent health, dental and vision benefits which company pays about 90% of cost, 401k matching, company paid life insurance, good PTO with ability to cash in, FSA for child care and medical. Generally flexible in adjusting daily work hours within the week for personal appointments and events. Generally poor at providing on-going employee training.
