This place has good benefits.
This year DRS reduced company match on the 401K and late last year instituted a cap on sick days earned.
The best thing is the 9/80 schedule which allows every other Friday to be a working day, with the alternate being a non-working day.
Best thing is that there are tangilble benefits such as 401k, actual vacation policy, parental leave, etc..
Best - Decent insurance package (Medical, dental, life etc) for the Milwaukee area. Worst - Employee development policies and practices do not support growing careers.
The 401K company matching was better than my previous place of employment.
Low out of pocket. Low co-pays.
Good communication and access to knowledgeable people in HR and benefits.
Health Insurance is pretty good
Just dropped 401k matching levels and changed vacation accrual benefits to save money. Benefits are lagging local competition. Do have 9/80.
