Company offers a competitive benefits package. In 2018, the company iowered out of pocket employee expense for benefits. 401K program. Upgrades to facility and infrastructure underway with increased focus on offsite employees
Fully vested 401k plan with company matching, although fund selection is somewhat sparse. The company reduced employee premiums for insurance in 2018. CEO seems to be very against telework for anyone, which limits flexibility for staff.
The company seems to work to improve benefits year over year.
Benefits leave much to be desires, but I hope as the company grows they will give a little more back to their employees. Currently does not match/contribute to 401k and minimal paid leave.
Competitive Benefits: 401K, PTO, Federal Holidays,
Small Company, great work environment and management. Health insurance not that great.
Okay benefits, but tuition reimbursement commitment time is ridiculous for the small amount (18 months commitment after disbursement). Sick days use PTO which seems unnecessary. 401K match and delay in vestment are poor.
Great 401K plan! Lunch prepared by the CEO on occasion.
Good 401K match; no professional development until you had one year employment.
No structured incentive plan; HR not helpful at all.
