    They offer a PPO with out of pocket costs that have increased substantially in recent years or High Deductible Plans which have a higher out of pocket cost. The portion the company pays was decreased a lot between 2017 and 2018 causing the monthly cost for the employee to increase even more than the rate increase of the insurance company itself.
