The insurance health life vision dental and medical were all great coverages, this comes from a state of someone who within the company at once didnt have to pay anything for insurance, to paying 500+ a month for a family of 4 insurance and this was after a good health savings. I understand that the company was paying double that every month for me and many more employees but still going from free to paying to all the other changes still felt out of sorts.
People are the very best thing. They are the greatest asset. I wish they had more people all the time.
Choices of health and dental plans, PTO but fewer holidays
It was my first job out of college so just having benefits was a big perk. Having sick time separate from PTO was a nice perk
Vacation package is very generous.
Pay is nothing to brag about but they make up for it in benefits. Generous with vacations, max out at 6 weeks. Medical has been growing over the last few years, but still low compared to other Companies I've seen. Will match up to 6% of your 401k contributions. But who knows how long the current benefits will stay in place with the new owners SS&C seeing as though their employees only get 4 weeks of vacation.
They help insurance benefits are very reasonable, they offer a 401(k) and vacation time.
401K Is better compared to most companies
Standard benefits like 401k, medical, dental vision. The best thing is that it’s all inclusive within a short time if starting. The worst is that the coverage options are limited in Maine
Health insurance premiums are being raised at an alarming rate. There is a large effort to push everyone to a HSA by substantially increasing the premiums for the PPO. My out-of-pocket so far this year is about $3,500.00 with the HSA.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
