401k has great matching but long vesting. DTE matches 100% of your first 4% contribution, 50% of your second 4%, and will give you an additional 4% on top regardless of your contribution. That’s a total of 18% towards your 401k for an 8% contribution on your part. DTE’s contributions do take 6 years to fully vest though.
Interns do not get the benefits that a full-time employee gets. I have heard the benefits offered are pretty good.
Good benefits. Good company.
Best: 4 weeks parental leave for parents that overlaps with FMLA, Fitbit discounts, brand new gym Worst: health insurance, 401 K has a very long vesting period, no work from home
Best thing about benefits - just added 4 weeks paid time off for both moms and fathers to coincide with FMLA.
Health Insurance. Paid Vacation and Pension
Health Insurance is good 401k is good PTO
If you are temp or intern you receive 0 benefits but if you're a permanent employee you have an awesome benefits package and they really take care of you.
Co-ops do have an option for health insurance although it isn't much. That's about it as far as extra benefits.
Im an intern so I dont get benefits but I do know you start with around 3 weeks vacation and you get a good amount of holidays off
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
