The benefits package was awesome with low copays.
High cost for mediocre insurance
This was my first job with proper benefits. So it was nice having a 401K, PTO, Sick days, Helth, Dental, and Eye insurance. The only negative thing is that their PTO was on a use it or lose it basis. So everyone was scrambling to schedule PTO at the end of the year.
It's expensive for very little. Poor mileage reimbursement. Poor PTO, no company matched 401k
The package is customizable but they don't cover much of the costs so there is a lot of out of pocket expenses to get good health coverage

A very nice benefits package
They chose the lowest benefits plan for the team. Now there are far more co-payments and not all services are allowed under the insurance benefits. They took away our original vacation package when they took over the company.
They don't respect the ADA. And they lie to you about the job and how long it will last. Bad experience.
