DTZ had an inflexible work from home policy for salaried employees in their marketing and research departments. The package overall was good, but there was never an option to work at home.
Definitely take advantage of their 401k contribution matching. Company offers market competitive salary and benefits. Enjoyed the various social events they have.

Employees are union however retiring with a pension was bargained against and now are left with a 401k. Because of this, most employees dont have much vested in their 401k because they believed they would retire with a pension.
They match 50 cents to every dollar you out into your 401k, which is vested over 6 years.
The benefits are good but not above average. Emergency care could use a decrease in cost.

Lots of flexibility. If you work hard you'll make a good amount of money. Advice for someone just starting out in the CRE industry - align yourself with a rainmaker and learn all the tricks.
The company provides 11 paid holidays and 18 PTO days to start out with. The insurance coverage is average when looking at cost.
