Fair time off plan and sick days. Health insurance plans are also fair. Management is also very understanding and will work with most individuals who ask.
Great insurance plan, comes out of each bi-weekly pay period spreading the cost across the month. Vacation time and PTO policies are great, wonderful company to work for.
They do not give separate paid holidays and paid sick time...everything accrues together (at a slow pace of 3.33 hours per pay period for the 1st 3 years). Only 6 paid holidays throughout the year. Health Insurance is through Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO) or Kaiser. I had PPO Dental and always had to pay a few hundred bucks out-of-pocket because my dentist wasn't fully covered.

401k doesn't match, but for a company this size it's a good benefit to have.
Its the minimum required by law. Dont expect anything free.

Company insurance is sub par at best for anyone outside california. Insurance for dependants is covered at 0% employer cost. They cover 50% of the employee.
We finally get settled in to a plan that just started last year and now they go and change it to another company entirely. It got us basically the same plan, having to change doctors, for only about $10 a month more. I would rather pay the extra and be able to keep the doctors I have established relationships with.
