The Benefits are very expensive and coverage is poor.
poor benefits, poor 401k match and health insurance is expensive.
Very Poor Benefits Overall. No investment in employees. Expensive High Deductible Health Insurance. Rates increase exponentially each year. No accrued vacation or sick leave. It is sold as "unlimited" but in practice it is difficult to take vacation and if you leave you get paid nothing for unused vacation. Substandard 401K benefit. Investment options are very limited and yield less than market averages. Corporate matching is paid only once a year (not as you contribute) so that means the company keeps your money all year, doesn't pay if you leave or get laid off and there is no market appreciation in the year it is earned. Company expects employees to pay their own cell phone, internet and other office expenses (no reimbursement). No raises....ever. No bonus. No stock purchase plan. This company does not invest in its employees at all which means recruiting talent is problematic.
There isn't one. They claim to have them, but decline to provide information to enroll.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
