The benefit of working from home and setting your own hours is fantastic. However, there is very little leeway in regards to time off.

There are no benefits. In fact, the pay is often penalized, making the pay a lot less than expected. Training is required but unpaid.

There isn't one and the pay rate drops according to the rmb against the US dollar. Hired at $18/hour and it dropped to $16/hour because of the weakening dollar against China's rmb. You are paid the same RMB regardless and no compensation will be made.

Well considering whatever you are promised you will not be paid, makes it easy to sum up, they will short your wages, and by as much as $600, and then play ignorant. terrible to deal with.

There are no benefits offered for working with DaDa. The main benefit is working from home/remotely and you can also set your hours.

One of the few downsides about this job. You get almost no leave, and there are no benefits. Also, they are very strict about the leave.

They had none to offer me I was only part time teacher and had no benefits to be given other than request additional hours for other teachers on leave for whatever reasons. That is just extra hours benefit.

No benefits at all. You will be penalized for lateness/technical difficulties/and taking days off. Bonuses have been decreasing each month.
