Work from home is best thing. Hours you must get used to it will be early AM. You better be in front of your computer and NOT browse internet other than DADA ABC. They like fiber optic speed.

Only advantage for working online is that you get to work from the comfort of your own home.

I consistently receive “hearts and stars” from my students and parents and have never had any complaints from parents. But once my coordinator changed without notice to someone new. My new coordinator has been extremely crass, and just downright mean from the get-go. Maybe there should be a chain of higher-ups that teachers can find accessible via links and chats if their coordinator is unreliable. Since all the teachers are working from home. The “cs” line is unreliable and no one answers or responds to it the majority of the time. Or, maybe the Wechats or messaging systems should be closely monitored as to how these coordinators and teaching assistants are conducting themselves I never had any problems before this coordinator; with my personal experience of working with DadaABC but I do now. I asked for one week off; just one single week in seven months. Teachers should not be penalized and insulted for asking for time off well over a month in advance by their coordinators. There should be consistency in your policy across the board as far as attendance and time off go.

It is amazing to work from home. The best part would be the flexible hours! The schedule is amazing and there are lots of time slots to choose from.

It's pretty easy money to work from home teaching online. There's slides you follow and there's really not that much to it.
