High deductible for the insurance and with Cigna you have to use their home delivery.
Comprehensive benefits, marketplace discounts with other companies, stock purchase and lots more
Best: Health insurance premiums are very reasonable compared to other companies, and if you choose the high-deductible insurance, the company automatically gives you cash in your HSA. Worst: The 401(k) "match" that starts in 2018 is not a true match, but instead the company will put in $0.50 for each $1.00 of your contribution up to a total company match of 3% (must put in 6% yourself to get the company's 6%). And they contribute their lump sum to you on December 31st, so you don't get any "match" throughout the year, which traps employees rather than giving them positive reasons to stay at the company long term.
The best part was getting paid $1500 from DaVita for my HSA, they covered half my deductible. The down side is the lack of options. You have only one provider to choose from but two different cost plans and you are forced to use mail order prescription services which I hate.
No matching benefit for 401K. At hire, they don't explain that time off and sick time are the same thing.
