No copay option - just 80/20 with deductible. Best thing coverage everywhere and the dental/vision and optional are amazing. Education benefits are by far the best in 30 years of adult employment
Medical is Expensive but the vision is superb
No 401k counterpart by the company. Health insurance benefits are not included in the package and have to be paid out of salary
No weekends. Bonus is put into your 401k
The health benefit was fairly comprehensive, largely covered by its own insurance. The insurance also covers vision and hearing aids.
I did not like the flexible healthcare spending account. I did not get much time off and I always had to work holidays.
High employee costs and different plans offered for for different groups. Great for singles. but not for families. Good to have an offer of insurance at all though!
I like the flexibility and the tuition reimbursement
There is no 401K match and really average health insurance. Their justification for not having one is that not enough people would use it.
Medical benefits are pretty good. Premiums are a little high but not bad for employee only. Much higher for family premiums. You do get 9 hours of PTO per pay period but Holiday pay is taken from your PTO even if the company is not open on the Holiday. They don't actually have paid Holidays, you use your PTO to be paid for it.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
