“Salaried employees start with 4 weeks paid vacation that is available from day one. Vacation is awarded each year on the employee anniversary date in a lump sum. Employees can carry over 1 week. Every 5th year is a "boost" year with 6 weeks of vacation. At year 11 the standard vacation increases to 5 weeks. The pattern is: 4 weeks (Year 1-4 ) 6 weeks (5th year) 4 weeks (Year 6-9) 6 weeks (10th year) 5 weeks (Year 11-14) 6 weeks (15th year)”
