“If an employee selects the Blue Cross / Blue Shield High Deductible plan DTNA pays the entire cost. You will have to pay a small portion of the premium each month but they put more than that amount into the employee's HSA account. They have other plans with lower deductibles that cost more.”
“Salaried employees start with 4 weeks paid vacation that is available from day one. Vacation is awarded each year on the employee anniversary date in a lump sum. Employees can carry over 1 week. Every 5th year is a "boost" year with 6 weeks of vacation. At year 11 the standard vacation increases to 5 weeks. The pattern is: 4 weeks (Year 1-4 ) 6 weeks (5th year) 4 weeks (Year 6-9) 6 weeks (10th year) 5 weeks (Year 11-14) 6 weeks (15th year)”
“401k MAtching program is probably the best benefit”
The best thing about DTNA's benefit's package is that salary workers start out with 4 weeks of paid vacation on day 1
Strong package of benefits for everyone in the family, not just for the employee. many onsite and offsite perks with medical.
The benefits were great. You don't need a referral to see different doctors. After lay off you get to keep benefits for 6 months at regular price.
great 401k matching program but Leasing program is a joke.
Great 401k match, and employee lease plan
HR lies about benefits and acts like they're doing you a favor when you try to use them
DTNA has a an extensive and affordable benefits package that most companies can not even come close to.
-401(k) Match is great. If the employee makes contributes 8% of base salary they will match 6%. Non-elective contributions are made for the employee in lieu of a pension, 3% for employees under 40, 5% under 50, and 7% over. Meaning 401(k) employer contribution is anywhere from 3%-13% depending on employee contribution and age. -Mercedes-Benz vehicle lease can be unlimited miles, zero cost maintenance, zero down, and unlimited trade-ins if done correctly each year. -Tuition reimbursement for school and enrichment programs -4 Weeks of vacation starting day 1 and can be up to 7 weeks depending on years of service and 'splash years' which are every five years.
The benefit package is WELL beyond any other company, that I've heard of, offers to new hires... ESPECIALLY recent college graduates.
You get 4 weeks vacation your first year of employment
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
