“Good health insurance with low to moderate premiums.”
“Salaried employees start with 4 weeks paid vacation that is available from day one. Vacation is awarded each year on the employee anniversary date in a lump sum. Employees can carry over 1 week. Every 5th year is a "boost" year with 6 weeks of vacation. At year 11 the standard vacation increases to 5 weeks. The pattern is: 4 weeks (Year 1-4 ) 6 weeks (5th year) 4 weeks (Year 6-9) 6 weeks (10th year) 5 weeks (Year 11-14) 6 weeks (15th year)”
“401k MAtching program is probably the best benefit”
You get 4 weeks vacation your first year of employment
Awesome 401K company match, and discretionary. They match 75% of every dollar up to 8% of your salary and also an additional discretionary amount based on your age. Great HSA plan, as well as PPO options, and other benefits outside the standards like discounts on bike shares, discounts on public transportation passes,
401K match is one of the best in the industry - 6% match if you contribute 8%. Also nondiscretionary contribution of 3% when you're under 40, 5% from 40 to 50 and 7% from 50+. So you're actually getting 9% from the company once you start contributing 8% and up from there as you get older. Fully vested after 5 years. Vacation package is great as well. 4 weeks the day you start, goes up to 5 weeks after 10 years with the company. 13 paid holidays a year. Every fifth year you get an extra bonus week of vacation. Health Insurance is through Blue Cross or Kaiser. With Blue Cross you can get an HSA plan with a $5K deductible after which everything is 100% paid. Company puts $2400 into your HSA each year so really you're only out of pocket $2600 each year if you hit your deductible.

Employ discount for various products (car, clothes, shoes, phone etc)
4 weeks vacation + 1 week off free between Christmas and New Years. Most federal holidays off, 2 days off free to do volunteer work in the community, Mercedes Benz discount, 6% matching on 401k, on site cafeteria and coffee shop, lots of breaks, ability to work from home if desired, tuition assistance if you want to get your masters
I Love it at Freightliner
Good benefits. The only improvement I would suggest is to provide options to invest in index funds for the 401k, e.g. Vanguard.
The vacation policy is very generous from the point of employment.
The heath insurance is great, the 401k is amazing, vacation package is generous. Mercedes lease special.
