“Good health insurance with low to moderate premiums.”
“Salaried employees start with 4 weeks paid vacation that is available from day one. Vacation is awarded each year on the employee anniversary date in a lump sum. Employees can carry over 1 week. Every 5th year is a "boost" year with 6 weeks of vacation. At year 11 the standard vacation increases to 5 weeks. The pattern is: 4 weeks (Year 1-4 ) 6 weeks (5th year) 4 weeks (Year 6-9) 6 weeks (10th year) 5 weeks (Year 11-14) 6 weeks (15th year)”
“401k MAtching program is probably the best benefit”
Great vacation policy, Great 401k match, Great discounts on Mercedes Benz products, Great on-site free doctor/pharmacy
Good wage as an intern but benefits are not available. Paid holidays are available.
Housing stipend was delivered in an untimely fashion, but was adequate in addressing financial necessities.
Compelling Benefits Package including paid time off, health benefits
No retirement package is offered
Deductible on health insurance to much
Benefits are great and very affordable
Extremely robust benefits plan. You would be hard pressed to find an employer who offers a better 401k match, lower health care cost share or a Mercedes lease program. The benefits are one of the major reasons why people do not often leave Daimler.
4 weeks of vacation from day 1!
Great new building with lots of features to encourage work life balance!
