“Good health insurance with low to moderate premiums.”
“Salaried employees start with 4 weeks paid vacation that is available from day one. Vacation is awarded each year on the employee anniversary date in a lump sum. Employees can carry over 1 week. Every 5th year is a "boost" year with 6 weeks of vacation. At year 11 the standard vacation increases to 5 weeks. The pattern is: 4 weeks (Year 1-4 ) 6 weeks (5th year) 4 weeks (Year 6-9) 6 weeks (10th year) 5 weeks (Year 11-14) 6 weeks (15th year)”
“401k MAtching program is probably the best benefit”
Comprehensive and competitive.
The best thing is the insurance pay 100% after a30.00 co pay the benefits great I have no complaint.
There is no negative in their package. They get insurance out of state from Michigan and it's blue cross blue shield. All emergency room visits are 100$ no matter the cost. All co pays are 20$ except for babys they are free. I pay 175$ a month for full medical vision and dental for me my wife and child.
Health insurance co-pays, premiums go up every renewal of contract. Very little stability.
It's all "better than average" as far as the health, dental and 401k goes. Big perk benefit is the Mercedes Benz Employee lease program.
Unlimited sick time, 4 weeks paid vacation + paid holidays, great 401K plan, tons of employee discounts, assistance paying for graduate school
Best thing was the health insurance
Great 401k match program, base vacation starting is 4 weeks, disability benefits for short and long term, special discounts and pricing for a variety of business and products.
Vacation starts with 4 weeks.

List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
