The training for the job was not hard at all. I trained my first day during a rush so I got used to it all pretty fast, but everything is pretty simplistic and set explanotory. There are also build charts for everything all around, so you can be self efficient and answer your own questions.

The person who trains you is usually really rude.

First three days are really boring they have you making cones sundaes and banana splits so you can master their signature twist on there ice cream

They tell you where things are, show you where the recipe sheets are, show you a few choice things and then your on your own. I had to watch safety videos, but apparently the new people don't have to do that. All coworkers are happy to answer any questions you gave along they way though.

Not everyone at every Dairy Queen is super experienced. Some people may be relatively new just like you if you decide to work there, so they may not be able to train you perfectly, but the managers know what they are doing, so they will do their best to ensure you know exactly what you're doing.

Job training was quick, and easy to catch on to.
