Every time I have requested a day off I have gotten it. People are willing to switch shifts with you most of the time. Holidays are a definite no time off (unless your that one kid who has their birthday on one of those days)

So easy to work whatever hours you want, and you can switch shifts, give someone or shift, or take somebody's shift almost anytime. Super flexible. That's how all of fast food is, not just DQ.

  • Jan 02, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Former Customer Service in Murfreesboro, Tennessee

I was hired to work Monday through Friday no weekends but she always scheduled me on the weekends. Then they would complain or act upset when I asked for a day off

  • Oct 25, 2016

The management was very unforgiving with giving you time off. They almost made you feel bad about needing a day off if they were busy.

    They are flexible with you
