Best thing is the PTO and Paid Holidays, you’re off when students are like spring break. Dislike becoming one college as they are laying off people if they are no longer needed in their new structure

18 holidays, 12 vacation days, 12 sick days each year for the first 5 years; accrue more vacation/ sick leave hours after that. Free health insurance premium for yourself. The best benefits package comparing to other employers.
