“Free health insurance premium for yourself. EPOS plan = mixture of PPO and HMO plan. ”
“These options are excellent!!!!! And make wonders ”
“You have sick days for a whole year so be careful not to use them all”
Best thing is the PTO and Paid Holidays, you’re off when students are like spring break. Dislike becoming one college as they are laying off people if they are no longer needed in their new structure
The Paid Time Off and Sick Days You Have, I dislike the Turning into One College as it has been leaving individuals without work if they are no longer needed in the new structure
pros they pay for employees, and not too much for adding a family
18 holidays, 12 vacation days, 12 sick days each year for the first 5 years; accrue more vacation/ sick leave hours after that. Free health insurance premium for yourself. The best benefits package comparing to other employers.
Health Insurance and vacation days
Insurance for spouse and children is very expensive...
The benefits package is solid and good. The vacation, time off and leave for extenuating circumstances is good.
If you're a part-time student employee for the DCCCD, you will not receive benefits.
Advanced degrees in higher education is highly encouraged but there aren't any tuition benefits that help cover the cost.
No perks other than a participation in a mandatory retirement plan.
