Work life balance they do not micro manage. Health care is ok, but in all fairness most health care is not as good as it used to be.
Not enough choices for plans
Although increasing in cost, the benefits appear to be in line with other companies. Much of the work-life balance and flexibility is at individual managers' discretion. The Paid Time Off pool of hours allows you to manage vacation and sick days as best suits your needs.
