benefots get less and less every year and more and more expensive. No sick days. ok pay, crappy raises, 401K only match if you max out. Bonus are horrible. Bagels on Fridays if they remember
They have a health incentive where if you get your physical done at the beginning of the year, then they will pay for the premiums at the end of the year. 401k is matched up to 3%. There are no sick days..just 14 days that can be used over the course of the year.
