The vacation and time off is great! Also nice that I can contribute, even if only a little, to a $401K
The worst thing about the benefits package is there is no 401k matching, the pay is relativity low compared to others in the industry and there is no work from home options.
The teams are exceptional at what they do. You are expected to deliver and your must improve your clients business.
Pretty standard PTO. Summer Friday’s are a nice perk. 401K plan is a joke.
No 401K matching, the cheapest (for them) healthcare plan imaginable, terrible vacation policies, and you don't learn any of it until AFTER you sign their work agreement.
It was underwhelming and I never felt like I use my vacation days because my bosses all wanted me to be working all the time
Told that benefits were included, hence why I would take a job paying $30k in NYC (which is almost nothing) after receiving a college degree. They were not. There was a benefits package that I could pay $300 out of each paycheck for, but then I wouldn't have been able to sleep with a roof over my head or feed myself. They DID have a decent holiday/days off policy, and I'm sure their maternity/paternity leave is fairly adequate. They also let you buy metrocards without paying the taxes on them - so that was cool too.
