as an intern, I have received bi-weekly salary and on-time relocation/housing stipend, so not bad
Insurance coverage is OK. Bonus program is stingy
Everything is covered. Medical, Dental, Vision are all cheaper than I have seen anywhere else. Also, they match 401(k) 5% for 6% of your base pay.
Good work life balance, 4% retirement matching, 10% target bonus, signing bonus, and competitive health care.
Maternity leave does not cover 100% pay
401k matching / health care package / employer scholarship for college aged children
No complaints about the benefits. Like the employee assistance program and the discounts we get.
Health insurance is very reasonably priced per month
Benefits aren't that great. Lower industry standard though.
Good benefits, affordable, could use faster accruing of PTO
