There are actually no benefits, Daniels says many positive things that would attract an unsuspecting candidate, but in reality the place is hoorible and the culture is the worst i've experienced. They actually use current employees to provide reviews, pretending they are past employees
Vacation is staggered based on how long you work there. Pricey health insurance, but HSA matching. 401K available. No paid maternity leave.
Not many holidays, no 401k match, at least for the first year.
No 401k match until the second year and it is low
It cost way to much!
They are expensive, usually aren’t applied correctly, and they barely cover anything. You can get a company seed if you choose a terrible plan but your out of pocket is so high you better hope you don’t get injured or sick.
Competitive Health Plans! There's something for everyone.
Best thing was flexible schedule and opportunity to work from home. Medical benefit, dental and vision were expensive and coverage was not as good as other companies. No 401K match from the company. Most employees not eligible for bonuses - heard from other employees. No dependent care spendig account.
There are ZERO company perks. You would think that such a large company would offer decent healthcare benefits to its employees, but the United Healthcare plan they provide is absolutely worthless. It costs the employee over $140 every paycheck for the top of the line PPO plan. They offer a 401K plan through ADP which offers around 10 funds to invest your $ in which is also crap. Daniels does not match 401k and they never will. I remember when I was first hired 3 years ago they told me "we are working on the company match for the 401k plan." Management/Hiring team will tell you everything you want to hear, but please trust me, nothing EVER happens/changes. The company is too greedy to do anything for their employees and only concerned with filling their pockets with cash.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
