The benefits package is competitive and the 401k package is very generous.
401K is great. They offer plenty of PTO, but you'll never have time to use it. Health insurance is OK though it gets more expensive every month and if you're outside of the Seattle or Portland area you'll have a hard time finding contracted doctors.

The pay and benefits are good. But this is seems geared to try to reduce turn over and get employees to stay. Basically it is compensation for putting up with the management disconnection. Then it is the actual work you are suppose to be trying to do.
Darigold has a great 401k program. Employees get the first 3% matched at 100% by the company, the next 2% matched at 50% by the company, and Darigold even kicks in an additional 5% UNMATCHED contribution, which is virtually unheard of. The health insurance is also great. Darigold's HSA plan does not have a monthly premium AND the company contributes $75 per month to each employee's HSA account.
401k match is the best i've seen. free 5% from company to all employees even if employee contributes zero. medical benefits are also good. very low premiums.
The 401k match is really good and their benefits provider is good with low expense ratios. The holiday package could be better and they could offer more vacation time.
