Tanning discounts (lotion, packages) paid time off, even if only working part-time, I believe you can get health benefits, but it will probably cost your entire pay check.
No Benefits. Commissions are excessively low too. You will not earn enough to pay for private health insurance. Scheduling is inconsistent and sometimes chaotic. There is zero assurance of how many hours per month you will be allotted on the schedule.
The owners of the san antonio chain, don't know how to run a business and have high turnover rates. They scold you for trying to improve their establishment. I wanted to get new towels for my store(asst manager) and I was fired because I wasn't being a "team player" lol.

You will have to pay for anything else, they offer monthly memberships for 30.00 ( another way to take money from your already SMALL checks... -You only get 50% off lotions so youre still paying a pretty penny -NO VACATION OR TIME OFF, you are responsible & they let that be known. -You are allowed ONE SICK DAY, after that, you're done. -MANDATORY lotion meetings, if you miss one, you're DONE
You get levels 1 & 2 beds for free and earn package money for everything else with sales. You can also buy packages for half off, and any products as well. After a year you get paid vacation averaging out the hours you've worked a week and 1 paid sick day a year. They offer health insurance as well, but I didn't get it.

No PTO have to work over 40 hours per week on average for at least one year to earn 24 hours of PTO. If you need time off your out of luck and need to get it covered by someone else way in advance, no help. Health insurance is very expensive and very little coverage, No 401 plan for in store employees. NO breaks, you typically work alone form 8 hours. No time for lunch. Sign that right away.
