It is great that Dartmouth College offers 80/20 health insurance coverage after retirement.
Dartmouth has great benefits including a daycare exclusively for children of Dartmouth employees. The one drawback is that temporary employees have absolutely no fringe benefits, which is especially frustrating if you are a long-term temp.
You probably won't find better benefits anywhere else in the area. Having the week between Christmas and New Years off is wonderful.
Standard vision insurance plan is a part of health insurance. So vision part of insurance has limited coverage. Match for retirement contribution is only up to $ 3000.
