Premiums aren't affordable. Provider isn't consistent with regards to coverage updated in system .
Good co-pay for prescriptions. Middle of the road premiums have had worse.
Good insurance, if you are paying for just yourself other wise family package is high in price.
They do not pay for sick days and if you exceed them, even under a doctors care you will be fired. They also do not match 401k contributions.
Every time you turn around the company is doing something new for the employees. The insurance and investment package is right there with a lot of the top companies in the area.
There were no perks. They offered a 401K but didn't match anything and you had to work there forever or they would neglect it so to speak. The did offer health, dental, and vision which was nice. The deductibles were pricey.
The coverage is good with the insurance, but you pay for it. The balance for employee and employee and spouse is ridiculous. My insurance alone is less than a third of what I paid for my husband and I.
The benefits package is fair - good. Most things are covered, preventative services are covered 100%. Premiums are ok, but the deductibles are higher than I would expect given the premium amount. Though I'm not sure most employers these days are offering much better - I've asked around and this seems to be standard, even better than most plans that I've heard of. Sad that health insurance is so costly.
Good vacation time and 401k
