Great health insurance. Good 401k. Good vacation package. Nice cafeteria. Senior management is not good. They make a lot of money so they all suck up to owner.
I did not receive any benefits. They do offer benefits to fulltime employees though. I hope to work for this organization again in the future.
Benefits are not overpriced but are quite affordable.
Medical is HSA with high decutables but they do offer bi-yearly employer contributions. Overall standard benefits package.
For a single person, the benefits are priced right.
If you manage to work at least 1000 hours during a fiscal year, you can receive two extra benefits: 1) PTO time for the next year, which is 10 hours to start and then accrues additional at a fairly slow rate; however, it is not transferrable and so if you don't work 1000 hours during that year, you will not get that benefit of PTO for the following year; 2) If you work that 1000 hours in a fiscal year, you will qualify for a 401K plan where the company will pay into your account something like 3% and you also contribute that or more to the account, which is a benefit that will remain with you as long as you work for them and wish to contribute (in other words, even if you do not work 1000 hours for the next year, you still will be able to contribute and have DRC contribute to your 401K). You also will be eligible for Minnesota Unemployment Benefits when you are laid off during the off-months.
$50 bonus for working 40 hour week.
The best thing is the health insurance and also the time flexibility. They are very flexible in allowing you to leave early or take time off to get things done. You also start with 3 weeks vacation.
There is an attendance bonus every week if you are on time and are present every single day
There are no benefits available since this was a temporary position.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
