Has great benefits if your full time and permanent
It's good if it's all you can get, but the coverages are poor and the premiums and deductibles are really high. There is a little bit of life insurance coverage, but it can't be expanded very much. The benefits company they use is not helpful and the rep who comes to present to us is a condescending jerk. If you are considering working at DataFile, and you shouldn't be, but if you are, do a deep dive into their benefits because it will likely cost you a lot more than what you've paid at other employers.
Good benefits and other options. It is better than most companies. It does not offset the horrible treatment that the Managers inflict on employees.
Full benefits with company matched 401k. Benefits were available after 30 days. Two different benefits plans available, both through blue cross blue shield.
Benefits keep growing better as we grow. Good medical, dental, vision. Holiday pay and PTO are great.
There is no worst. They offer the entire platter of benefits. 401K, health, dental, vision, life and add-on options.
The best thing about the benefits are that they have a Roth option for 401k.
Normal package. It costs about $70 a paycheck for insurance. Retirement offered, if they pay you enough to be able to dream!
Decent health insurance No sick days only PTO If in Sales, don't plan on working at home often at all even though you can do this job from home
The usual benefits package; health, dental, vision, 401k match (to a certain percent). PTO is terrible... both for in-house and especially remote positions. For a remote rep, you are offered only up-to 40 hours of PTO a YEAR! And you can only accrue your PTO for the pay-period if you work 40 hours in a week, no less. You may only get a requested day or time frame off about 50% of the time... your vacation is based on other people being there to do their jobs.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
