“Pays 95% of basic medical premium.”
free lunch, okish insurance package, flexible working hours
PLEASE NOTE: If you are fired/"laid off" which the company is notorious for, you WILL LOSE YOUR FSA MONEY because the last day of eligible purchases is your last employment date. This looks like a huge scam to collect all that leftover money from the 40% churn rate.
no 401K match but able to work from home
DataRobot covers most of the cost upfront for your benefits.
Best thing was the health and dental insurance. Worst thing was flexible vacation time.
Best thing is medical insurance coverage. Worst thing is flexible vacation.
Unlimited time off and WFH days, used to have free lunch (not anymore) and free snacks (still on)
Worst: No respect for personal life. "Unlimited time off" means working while you're not in the office. All depends on your manager. Only 5 national holidays recognized. Equity is a joke. Benefits aren't worth the toxic environment. Best: 95% of basic medical premiums paid by company.
No annual pay increases. Below market pay, unless you're based on Ukraine. We just had our salaries cut by a substantial amount - the excuse being coronavirus, but they'd already been desperately trying to cut costs even before coronavirus came along, so I think this is just an excuse. While they say there is unlimited leave, the workload you are expected to do prevents you from taking leaving, and the workload doesn't go away just because you are on leave. They refuse to give any information that would let us figure out the value of our share options - so they must not be worth much.
Unlimited PTO but the work/life balance is so bad you'll never take any or be made to feel bad if you do.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
