For sales, you get a lot of time off! 15 days off in your first year. Plus an extra 5 days once your 1 year anniversary hits. If your are preforming well, there are a lot of spiffs to take 1/2 days, leave a few hours early, come in late, ect. I've never had this much time off work and been able to make that much money!
they had benefits at a company that pays 12 an hour plus comission
No benefits for 90 days, no 401k until a year. Most people don't work there for as long as a year.
HSA is garbage with such a low base salary. Sales people can't make money unless at the office - can't pay medical bills if out sick.
Two medical packages to choose from, Premium package still has a high deductible, co-pays and most lab tests and x-rays aren't coveted until you've met your deductible. HSA offered, employer contributes $300 towards expenses.
great company, good benefits, cares about their employees
Lots of time off, flexible work hours
Low level coverage with high co payments.
401k is after your first year.. if you make it that far.
Very competitive. I did well because I am good at sales, but there is overpromising and under-delivering and an incredible amount of turnover because of the diffficult to actually close a sale!
