Best: medical / dental benefits Worst: PTO policy
Health benefits are pretty good (though you'll spend a lot of time on the phone: Anthem likes to deny everything on the first try). PTO is low (and misleading: holidays come out of your accrued hours).
Excellent benefits package at Daugherty. Better than I've had at a number of much larger companies with a lower potion of my salary being contributed to it. Excellent POS Medical with no co-insurance, low co-pays, vision, STD, Life, LTD, 401(k) could use a better management firm but match is solid with vesting phasing in over several years.
worst thing about the benefits is ANTHEM Anthem is the worst example of a provider knowing "better" than the doctors Remove Anthem and I'm sure the rating would go UP otherwise the company really seems to care
Excellent health benefits! Only benefit that is less than stellar is the amount of PTO.
Dental insurance is a great perk
Tuition reimbursement is a joke. Long process with no clue.
Health Insurance is great. Only $20 copay for primary doctor and $40 for specialists. Unlimited Coverage. Dental Insurance is also great...covers up to $2500/year/perperson with $25 copay.
Benefits were good for a consulting company. Firm paid most of the expenses and the deductibles and other options were reasonable. Would have been nice to have better 401K options.
Comprehensive insurance coverage; reasonable employee contribution
