you receive a base 25 PTO days each year plus 1 additional PTO day off for each year worked. PTO days never expire and roll over each year until used.

Vacations, holidays, and sick days are all treated the same. The only positive is unused time rolls over to the next year. And you'll get paid what you've earned when you leave.

Currently 25 days of combined PTO for new employees, with an additional day for every year of full-time employment. Paid holidays come out of that balance.
