great training through staff and management
3 hours talking about stuff they already asked you in your interview do you check I'd when serving liquor food allergies call a manager when you feel something iui isn't right with your guests 5 days.
There are opportunities to grow and they do like to promote from within. They have something called the STAR program that can be valuable to some, but also just seems like dangling a carrot on a stick in front of your face for others.
They let you try the food on the menu during training
Learn on your own and don't bother asking anyone else.
fun and fed, took the extra mile to feed us while we were training, and then tested before going solo
The training process was week long and I learned a ton
very basic training, kinda have to learn on the fly
For my position it was minimal
You learn to interact with people
