    Buy private insurance, (somehow) it is cheaper.

The package that is offered depends on your position. Producers have more expensive plans than staff however they can earn rebates toward lowering premiums. Overall, they offer 401(k), health insurance, dental, vision, STD, accident insurance, a car allowance (for producers); paid vacations, sick days, and personal days for staff, longevity bonuses for producers, end-of-year bonuses for staff.

The benefits unaffordably expensive from a little known health insurance company. They don't offer any incentive in comparison to the price.

The benefit are so expensive that it is unrealistic to have them through the company. Essentially there are no benefits.

The best thing is they actually have some level of benefits. the medical has an out of pocket expense of 5 thousand, I think it actually went up because the HR/Benefits girls couldn't negotiate very well with the current med providers
