The benefits are robust and varied, with special opportunities for adoption, parents of college students, and even marriage counseling. The company's response to Covid-19 has been generous and supportive. The insurance and 401k are excellent.

401K Match and profit sharing is great. The worst thing about the benefits is the added pressure in regards to job security being in sales and the constant fear of being let go if quotas are missed even one month.
